Did anyone add a line yesterday and not see the "2020 Line on Us 3" yet? I messaged T-Mobile about it and the said it would appear on the next bill. My previous ones showed up almost immediately........
Same, I did not see that promo appeared on my account after adding a line from Costco. Contacted TMobile, he said it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the promo to show up on the account. I saw my monthly charge went up.

That's why I said to use the port-in number (#2) that replaced the new number (#1) when submitting the rebate to Costco and T-Mobile. You have to port-in a number before submitting the rebates of course.
You can try to port in at Costco but think it may complicate things for the Costco rep processing the BYOD promo.
neither the printed sheets or the online forms tells you to submit the number associated with the promo, whether that be the port-in line or original activated line.
it simply asks for a permanent wireless number, after asking all your other contact info. its asking for a contact number.
My account is eligible to add free line. How do i add this free line from costco? What i have to tell them?
Tell the Rep to add a line You don't have to say anything about the free line.
Before all that, make sure your SOC is on the eligible list to add the free line.
Haven't seen the 2020 line on us 3 show up. Signed up new line yesterday at Costco around noon...
It shows up immediately in the account. Check your account and also the history.
My account history shows this:
New line xxxx was added to your account on 11/25/2020. This line is on the T-Mobile xxxx plan for $0.0 per month plus taxes and fees.
It took 24 hours or more for the account history to show the added line. 2020 line on us 3 showed up immediately.

Mine showed up almost 12 hours later. Checked it ever hour
showed extra 25$ per month for me too... called tmobile from the store itself to confirm. Came home and checked the account. It shows Discount 20$ 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines)
Do we need to tell costco rep to add as free line?
