I also placed an order with the same seller yesterday afternoon - it is more than 24 hours, however haven't received the info yet. Sent a message to the seller via ebay - no response to the message as well.
I received it this morning, so just under 48 hrs after the order. I messaged him too in between with no response. Chalk it up to the holiday I guess. Haven't ported it yet to see if it's good, should be, will be doing that tonight.
I just came from costco. And I asked about this. The rep said, if you port in AFTER leaving costco; then Tmobile will cancel the 200 costco rebate and only give you 100$.
Meaning, when costco assigns a phone number to you, that number is linked to the 200$ rebate.
So, I am thinking to do port-in as well BYOD at costco itself. Confused!
I have google voice number to port in (dont know if that works).

Thanks for the update. Hope all goes well with your port.
Spent hours at Costco to learn that they cannot add a line if you have a corporate discount.
Searched the thread for "corp" and "corporate" but no mention of this. Buyers beware.
I don't think that is true. I have a corporate discount on mine, even said so when they pulled up my family plan, and the rep just had to call in to activate the line. Was done in like 15 minutes. Maybe you have an old plan?

They told me that if they call in to do it, they don't get any paperwork that will make it eligible for the $200 shop card. Did you hear differently? This is at the Kirkland, WA Costco btw.
So I filled out the rebate with the new temporary number because that's what was on the phone. I realized later it said to use the permanent activated number and I had since ported in another number. There was no way to change it on the website. I emailed the rebate company explaining the situation and asked them to change it [email protected]
.
Worth a try if you're in the same boat I was.
I'm still not entirely sure which number is "right" to use the whole situation is unnecessarily confusing. I laid out the whole thing and explained it and gave them both numbers so hopefully will be all good.
How do you activate the free line at Costco? Do you just tell the rep "I want to add my free T-Mobile line for the promo"? Do they have a special code for it, or does it show up as a paid line when they add it and it's changed to free on T-Mobile's side?
This promotion returned today and will end on Dec 3. You can also get a free line at Costco when you have 2 or more postpaid lines, I think this might help since I saw lots of people worried about whether this promotion can be done at Costco or not.
These two promotions can be stacked I believe, based on the community discussion.
I have a TMO SC-plan of which I do not qualify for the current free-line offer (let alone the $100 tmo port-in). Having that said, does the costco $200 rebate have any restriction on which plans are eligible? Is there a list of SOC codes that's eligible for this plan as well?

Can you share what plan do you have?
I have a simple choice unlimited and I'm sure I qualify for this Costco rebate offer.
When Costco rep pulled up my account, he saw "Corporate Discount" on my account and he said he cannot do it and I have to activate it in the store.
When I contacted T Mobile, they say they don't see any corporate discount added to my account. I had corporate discount before, but I'm not availing it anymore. T Mobile is not sure what to remove as they don't see corporate discount. Costco rep sees it.
Did you have to talk to TMobile rep over the phone or Costco rep was able to deal with it?
Also, do you know if the Free Line and $100 TMobile rebate can stack on it? Again, Costco rep said it is not stackable.
