Can anyone confirm ? I activated 4 lines in sep with $250 byod promotion but ported out one number already and left 3 .so Am I eligible to open new lines in Costco to avail both $200 and $100 promo or will any effect with that ported one ?
For any TMobile rebates (and I believe even Costco ones), you have to re-instate any lines you closed in last 90 days. So the TMobile $100 is definitely out, you will be taking a chance on the $200 one.

Just checked the redemption from, it says up to 14 weeks after submission for Costco $200, so a while from now, looks like the Tmobile $100 is about 30 days.
Costco one typically a week or less before 3 months. So if you submit today 12/7, mostly somewhere around 3/1 will be when the rebate card will come. Around 6 weeks (if I remember right), the status will change to Approved - Pay on or Before 14 weeks or something similar.

T-Mobile at one place said 15-30 days, another place 6-8 weeks, so most likely around 30-40 days.

I'm in the same boat, with so many deals/ scenarios, I forgot I ported out 4 lines, which will may not make swnse to get back 2x $100? 4 lines back would likely be $60/mo... rebate would take what, a little more than a month?

Why is it that $200 Costco rebate "taking a chance"? It's separate from tmobile rebate system...

I am not sure if Costco can see that or not, which is why I said "taking a chance"... I remember that when they pull up your account to add the line, they do see the history of your account...if you do get the rebate form, you may be fine

I just called my local Costco in Mesa, AZ and Tempe, AZ and it has been extended to 12/10/2020. They also mentioned that it was supposed to expire yesterday 12/7/2020 as well.
BYOD $200 T-Mobile.

Update: My document says Promotion dates 12/4/20 - 12/31/20 so maybe it runs until end of month. Promo Code is T01540

Thanks for the info. Do you know if Costco charges fees when adding new lines? I added 2 lines and ported 2 numbers at Costco last week and on paper it says total monthly charges $50, then total first bill charges $95. Didn't notice these two numbers at that time. Kind of confused now what they are, especially the $95 charge.

I got a new line on Dec3rd. But the rebate site isn't taking Dec 3rd purchase date. Anyone having same issue?
yeah i got a new line on dec 2 and when i go to submit the rebate it says that "The promotion code T01491 is not valid for this date of purchase".

the kiosk reps had a hard time printing out the form and then they went back a day and printed out the form but i got my own control number so it should work.

Anyone got a different promo code than the T01491?

yeah, i got a new line on dec 2 and it's giving me the error "The promotion code T01491 is not valid for this date of purchase"

the guys at the kiosk had some difficulty printing out the rebate form but then they got it done but i'm wondering if anyone has a different promo code than T01491?

I asked the rebate people and they referred me to wirelessadvocates (the company that runs the costco kiosk). i'm hoping i get faster help in the forums online.

Since the promo has been extended, if anyone has gotten a promo code in the last couple days, that should be the right one for me to file under, so any help is appreciated!

They didn't charge me anything when I was Costco at all. They didn't even check my Costco Card lol
