I have about $8 in No-Rush credits on my account though. Does anyone know if using these reduces my progress towards the deal, meaning I'd have to buy $23 (15+8) to get the credit? The terms & conditions section does not explicitly indicate this, but on the other hand the offer states *spend* $15, and it's arguably whether the no-rush credits are more like gift cards or coupons.

I have used no-rush credits in the past towards these with no problems. It was actually nice once when I think it was like spend $15 get $4 and I used all no-rush credits for it.

I remember the credits counting towards it before, so I would say yes

Thanks. Can you believe I chatted Amazon Help -- twice -- and could not get an answer to this simple question?!
