The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

It's about $10/mo with taxes and fees. Still not a bad deal. I found this out, on my bill.

So im basically going to try getting this free line (among others that I have) for the sake of my Kickback feature from a grandfathered plan.. think this is a good idea?🤔
There is no kick back on a free line. You can't have a negative credit. You can switch to the new line and number and use it without the 2gb limit the kick back line has. That's what I did.

Anyone knows a place to order a phone number for port-in ? The one I used from eBay is sold out
From everything i see on my end, google voice numbers *should* qualify. No promises but they did not specifically exclude google voice.

Gv might be an option. Unlocking will cost $3
See above, should qualify.

Will this stack with 50% off OnePlus phones?
yes

In the past, I have added my free lines via a phone call with TMO rep.
Is this something that can be done online or through the TMO app via text/chat?
yes

Are Sprint customers excluded from this deal? I have one free line from a previous deal, hopefully I can add another.
sprint has their own free line right now that does not stack with any phone promos. check here to see if eligible: https://www.sprint.com/en/landing...on-us.html

Not on most plans.

Bro i got the kickback from all my other 2 free lines..because i dont use them and never reach the 2gb mark so they credit my bill with 10 dollars per line...thats why im wondering if this would still be the same 🤷🏻 ♂️

If you qualify, just add a line. You can do this online or calling, doesn't matter. The
person on the other end will just add the line for you just like you can do yourself
I hope the website will show a confirmation otherwise I have issues with trusting tmobile's promised promotions based on past experience. Honestly I don't even trust what customer support says nowadays unless I see it on the website because in the past they have been wrong about 80% of the time.

What the heck are soc codes and how do we use them? What are they for?
A SOC code is just an identifier and determines what kind of plan do you have

Good question I feel like my 55+ plan is never eligible for anything...

So I have FRLTUL2LP which is basically 2 lines all in for $100 with the 20% insider discount that makes it $80. I added my girlfriend so now I have 3 lines for $120 after discount. Should I stay on it and keep missing out on these deals or change it?
They may be able to migrate you to the 2/$120 ONE plan if you find the right rep. I'd try t-force. Your bill will go up a bit but you'd be eligible for things like this.

Value Essential Plan seems to be in the excel list. Anyone know if that will work?
The excel sheet is a list of all known SOCs, not the eligible ones. Eligible ones are in an image in the main post. Value essentials is probably not eligible due to being a discounted plan.

I'm guessing the no disconnected lines within 90 days and no changes for a year applies? Anyone have a link to the T&C's?
yeah same as usual

I have some NOOB questions, ive never done a T-mobile deal before:

1. Is this only a Voice line? or does it offer Data as well?
2. Will they charge any activation fees for the line? or any sales taxes per month?
3. Is this be done via chat/call? or strictly online?
Standard phone voice line, so like any other phone line on your plan. $20 activation fee if done in store or via support, no activation fee if done by yourself online on the website. $10 sim card fee applies regardless.

I have 3 lines from T-Mobile ONE All-In Promo (FRLTUL2LP) plan and paying $80 including the discounts below

I wanted a new line and my SOC is always excluded. Seeing this promo is a frequent one at T-Mobile wondering if I should switch to benefit from it. What would be a comparable plan to switch to?
i have the same plan as yours and pay $80 with all the discounts and taxes but for 2 lines. The last time when this offer was alive, I did not qualify for it but was quoted $120 for 2 lines and then can get the free 3rd line. So basically paying for the free line.

I'm in the same boat. I almost switched last time for the previous free line deal but I would have had to switch to one of the newer plans (Magenta I think). The rep on chat was telling me that I could still keep most of my features 10GB HotSpot, HD video, etc. and also get the free Netflix but I didn't really believe them so I ended up passing on it since the free line was not really needed.

I'm really thinking about it now though since I can use the free line for my mother-in-law's phone and have that be a port in number to get the bonus too.

taxes and fees are included with Magenta and Magenta plus plans.
