11th Line just $0.00 itself not part of the $130 for most current bill
the "2020 line on us 2" was added to my "line" level, so i can no longer get kickback. but how do you manage for them to modify to account level? what do you exactly say to agent?
hope you can assist? i want to it add to account level because eventually wanted to cancel this "2020 line on us 2" tel# after a year.. long year...
thank you!
I just ported them all out to go to ATT because the coverage for T-Mobile here in Ohio (while it's gotten way better!) still isn't very reliable. Anywhere near the boonies at all and you have zero service. On Verizon I am always covered.
Total shame because pricing and customer service was great.
Or call 611, chat, or visit a tmobile store, they should have a solution for you two.

But currently 3 lines over 2GB - so it's at $130
See image (how do I attach image? Via app???)

You can't ask to have it moved. Promos should be added automatically to the appropriate section (line or account). A promo should only be at account-level if the line it's attached to is in the base plan. If your last free line was account level, then my guess is that the line moved you to a new plan within your plan family (for example, it was your 9th line). If the line is outside of the base plan and has an associated per-line charge, then the discount will be placed at the line level, and that's where you run into an issue with Kickback.
Also I can safely add the free 8th line without and changes to my current T-Mobile One plan?
Thanks
