The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

So apparently my rate plan code is 10SCFM4, eligible SOC code is 10SCFM4L. Is this the same? Do I qualify?

my "2020 line on us" was added to "account level" automatically.. so yes, i am getting kickback

the "2020 line on us 2" was added to my "line" level, so i can no longer get kickback. but how do you manage for them to modify to account level? what do you exactly say to agent?

hope you can assist? i want to it add to account level because eventually wanted to cancel this "2020 line on us 2" tel# after a year.. long year...

thank you!
Actually hearing from Joshythegreat18 explain the situation I may only have 5 lines with kickback instead of 7. I will have to look more closely at my last few bills. But I believe it was you who ask me on another thread about line level free line and I said mine was move on and off. But that was due to a mistake where they changed by plan entirely to a different plan and then they changed it back with some added benefits to me, kickback and HD+ on all my lines.

T-Mobile definitely has the best deals. I had 5 Lines for $108 on magenta plus.

I just ported them all out to go to ATT because the coverage for T-Mobile here in Ohio (while it's gotten way better!) still isn't very reliable. Anywhere near the boonies at all and you have zero service. On Verizon I am always covered.

Total shame because pricing and customer service was great.

We'd love to combine in to 1 account but neither of us want to lose our number, do you happen to know if that's even possible?
Why not both of you guys port in to Sprint, although tmobile and Sprint merged, but Sprint still consider other department. Sprint and tmobile have the same benefits. Just my 5cents.
Or call 611, chat, or visit a tmobile store, they should have a solution for you two.

10 lines with kickback is $100
But currently 3 lines over 2GB - so it's at $130

See image (how do I attach image? Via app???)
How much is your bill before any kickback? How much is it before any insider discount if you have that too?

Thank you. We called 611 and talked to them a couple different times, they said nothing they can do except switching us to the newer more modern plans which are more expensive..

I have 12 lines and each of my paid lines have kickback enabled but was informed free lines don't qualify since they're already free

what's the best eligible promo to stack with this?
Think most are doing the pixel 4a. 50% off for adding a line and free if you also trade in an eligible device.

Not the person you initially asked the question of. However:

You can't ask to have it moved. Promos should be added automatically to the appropriate section (line or account). A promo should only be at account-level if the line it's attached to is in the base plan. If your last free line was account level, then my guess is that the line moved you to a new plan within your plan family (for example, it was your 9th line). If the line is outside of the base plan and has an associated per-line charge, then the discount will be placed at the line level, and that's where you run into an issue with Kickback.
If you don't mind clarifying some of these points. I have 7 lines with all lines have kickback as an add on. 1st 4 are lump together at line level where Kickback would say see above (Account). 5th line I don't know if it gets kickback or not as it always goes over 30gb. But the 6th and 7th (2020 Line On US 1 and 2) line are at line level as you explain. I see it says $10 kickback each but I am not sure it was applied to the bill. Is that how line 6th and 7th free line discount is suppose to be? Do you have something similar?

Also I can safely add the free 8th line without and changes to my current T-Mobile One plan?
Thanks

You cannot get a kickback from a free line. What I do on my phone is use my free lines as data on my phone so I can get kickback. With iPhones you can have multiple lines on your phone.
