I added the free line this morning on all three of my T-Mobile accounts . I had Three extra SIM cards that I used. I also ported over my visible phone numbers from the Motorola e6 promo .

I will be applying for the $100 gift card . I was told I wasn't able to combine this offer with any phone promotions . I'm not sure how true that is but I didn't want to take the risk especially when I have two extra Motorola e6 at home .

The promo is already showing up on my account as (2020 line on us 3 )

So if you add a line at Costco how do you ensure that Costco rep is adding line as a free line and not another paid line?

I'm texting Tmo, and I'm on Tmobile one, they say can add the free line but have to convert to Magenta Voice plan, they say it's just rebranding. I don't want anything to be messed up in my account. Any thoughts?
Don't do it. They can convert your T-Mobile one to the other T-Mobile one that can add more lines. I had a person who was very knowledgeable that was able to do that a while back.

Same story on my end. Have not been able to find any literature on this $100 rebate.

Edit: I provided the rebate code 2020SWITCHP2 and they were able to confirm it would work with new line offer.
Any idea where the actual terms for this promo is so that I can see if it exclude a "port" from a google number?

Edit:
nm, the terms were on a few pagers later https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=142774249&postcount=633

Magenta2 here. Any sense in buying one of these verizon port number from ebay for $12? Then porting for the $100? Never done this before. Also a costco member too. I'm still fuzzy on how to get that to work. I do not have a BYOD laying around. Thanks

They are lying do not convert! This is why I am scared of adding a line with T-mobile chat.

If you are on the T-mobile One ALL IN plan, they can convert to regular T-mobile One. I had a very nice customer service agent that converted me during the last free line promo.

Was able to do it via chat - phone combo. although order confirmation does not show the details. They would not waive the $20 assisted service charge this time but i guess that may be YMMV.
Which phone deal and how did you pull it off?

I called 611 . First time I called I got someone in another country . I hung up and called again and received one of the best agent ever. She added the free line to all three of my accounts .

Again I didn't get any phone promotions since she informed me she wasn't confident it would stack .

I also didn't want to have any issues at Costco with my T-Mobile one plan . I'm grateful for the $100 master card. Yea the $200 Costco card would be good but not at the expense of messing my account up.

I just got my free line. They only charge me $10.95 for SIM Card. No biggie I can call back and have it waived later. I have 7 now. My plan allow me to have 10. so far 3 paid and the rest free.

Edit: I'll goto the store later and see if I can get in the phone promo...

Any reason not to simply port in a number at Costco, get the $200 rebate from Costco and also apply for the $100 rebate from T-mobile using promo 2020SWITCHP2 from their website?
This is what I plan to do, but I really don't want the $100 rebate will conflict with Costco $200. I takes forever to get a rebate, there might be a chance triple dip won't work.
