It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

My recommendation: do not use GV unless there are others who can vouch for it in past promotions.
Went to Costco and asked kiosk guy need help with T-mobile and he replied with wether it is for free line and $200 rebate and $100 t-mobile rebate and I said "Yes" He already knows what we are doing!
Ported a number from Vonage (provided him accountnumber, phone number and PIN).
He did all the work and also submitted the rebate for $200 and provided me acknoledgement print.
Asked me to submit the t-mobile rebate tomorrow.
So I want to bring my girlfriend from her dads plan (Grandfather) to my plan (Magenta).
1.
If I can add this free line to my account, can I simply get T-Mobile to transfer my girlfriends existing number from her dads plan to my plan/new free line with zero cost/fees?
2.
Can what I am trying to do above get me the $100 port-in credit as well?

Currently have 4 paid lines, 2 free lines, 2 free 6GB/mo tablet data lines and 2 free 200MB/mo tablet data lines.
If port in is not completed at Costco , will it cause issue with $200 rebate ? As phone number on Costco paperwork will be different and no longer on the account when rebate is processed later.

Just add a line and BYOD.
My local Costco requires the BYOD be present.
No Sim charges. Sim is included, no need to bring your own.
Was done in about 10 minutes. The guy working there was a pro at this as I have dealt with him few times.
