Porting in from various networks: don't use Google Voice, Boost or any MVNO that uses Tmobile as their network. Even if the rep let's you do it, your rebate will get rejected later.
It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

My went quick and smooth. Didn't do the port in will wait a day or so. Already see the promo active on the account. Now getting chat reps to add all my addons to the new line. No problem getting kickback on all 3 of my free lines though you don't really get the discount.
When i submit the Costco and Tmobile rebate i will use the new final ported in number.
I chatted with the rep who said my First Responder was eligible for this, and I could stack it with the 4a 5G new line/trade promo...but I did not see an area to type in the promo code after I go through processing the Pixel 4a 5G, it says I would have to pay an extra $10/mo for the new line

When you at Costco adding a new line, is there a special promo code agent should enter, or nothing special it's automatically coded by T-Mobile system for any new lines added today?
Went to Costco at Fountain Valley, CA.
Manager there seemed to know that the free line and $200 rebate would apply for BYOD today. Brought my iphone 6s imei and got it setup in less than 30 min. Walked out w/ costco rebate instructions.
Free line notation still hasn't shown up on my account, but its only been 2 hours.

I did confirm via chat with tmobile before hand that I was eligible. I also verified myself with the account code (MAGENTA2 in my case)
I can see a way to add a line online - and it shows due today $10 for sim kit - then shows breakdown of $399 for iPhone SE over 24 months and credit as well.
Just want to make sure me adding it online doesn't mess up or change my plan - as it shows nothing in terms of a review of plan cost changes at checkout
Last time for line on us 2 in sept, they did the same plan changes and removed 2-3 free line promos from 2018, 2019 etc...which still is not fixed...our plans rates increased, our free lines removed, our promos and discounts disappeared and it's been 3 billings...all reps won't add the promos back...atrocious.
If we changed to diff. Soc code, it will likely increased our rates even if on same tmo one plan which hasn't been fixed permanently from July or sept line on us 1-2...atrocious. meanwhile we have supervisor writings on chat that all promos remain same, all credits same, free lines stay, no rate increases...many bill cycles later, bill not fixed, free lines not added back on...super frustrating
