I don't think attached image with eligible plans is accurate.

Have been chatting with reps and mgrs and it is classic bait and switch. We have in writing from supervisor as well as phone reps and store reps of no changes to avct, no increase, no loss of lines promos, no discounts lost. Apparently, employee misinformation is ok even in writing and they won't budge even in writing from superviosors for customer of almost 26 yrs with Tmo.
Plenty of news stories on press, abc-nbc-cbs and bbb-ftc or to exec team of legere now sievert and tmo is able to switch or credits or compensates errors quickly. So tired of all these 12 different spins on the same promo, plans, phones, or discounts or issues with account. No accountability. Line on customer or phone on customer after bait and switch plans. We understand not everyone experiences the same but we have exp. too many negatives after 25-26 yrs with same parent company.
It is an old grand-father plan.
So it's on the SOC master list, but i chatted with t-mobile rep on the phone app, they said my plan is not qualified for the free line.
Is there a way i can confirm this?

Edit: nevermind i think i noticed that in the device list its showing up 0/month. So i think it is correct?
Can anyone actually tell me what they think went wrong? Perhaps they kept confusing the Free Add a Line on Us T-Mobile offer was something that the Kiosk was responsible for administering? The rep at the Kiosk kept referring to her stupid paper sheet where it said 2nd/3rd line free for Magenta plans.
Did you do online yourself? Did it initally show like you were going to be charged monthly for it?
