The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

I work at the Costco kiosk
1) just because it says flex pay doesn't mean you are actually on flex pay not sure why system does that
2) when we try to activate a line in our system it pops up a box which just means I call our special support number and call in the add a line
3) I called in at least 3 of these today and didn't take that long but does take longer then if we didn't get the flex pay message
4) my store checks for any lines canceled or ported out within 90 days or lines that collected a rebate then canceled and we got charged back if so then we can't activate the line and would have to be activated with Tmobile

I went to Costco to add the free line, but no go for me, as i am on simple choice flex plan? the Costco kiosk wont even let me add paid line, it prompted to call tmobile directly. so weird. what is flexpay? i am on postpaid and last free line promote was fine too.

We call it in and give our dealer info so that we get credit with Tmobile for activating the line we generate everything for rebate when we put our sale in. The only thing we need to generate it is phone number and imei Costco member info

Called 611 to add the free line. Took me about 10 minutes and I paid 10 bucks plus tax for the SIM card. Thanks

When I did it last time there was no indication of the promo. I just got a text almost 24 hours later after adding the line saying congratulations you qualify for a free line promo on us or whatever.
