The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

Talk to another rep. You should be able to add the free Pixel promo even though you've already added the free line.

I also added the free line yesterday and was told I can stack the Pixel promo after the fact as long as that promo is still running.
Thanks eko! spoke to another rep and got the pixel promo added to the free line

Wouldn't adding a device promo invalidate the Costco rebate since it is for BYOD?

For those of you who have gotten a phone promo to stack, how did you proceed?

I have already added my free line to my account over the phone and got them to waive the $20 assist fee. In order to avoid the $20 fee again, can I order this online to get one of the devices for "free" after their credits? I'm getting this for younger kids and there is no need for a high end phone at this point.

Was thinking about the Revvl 4+ or the LG K51.

What should I be looking for in order to see that I'm getting the phone under the promo if I can complete this online.

Is the Costco $200 card still valid?
The wiki in this thread indicates expires on 12/03 and the link to that deal has image and wiki both indicating 11/25 as the deal expiration.

Can someone please confirm if that is still valid or not?
TIA!

Hopefully someone can help out here.

1) Added 3 lines in September. 1 of them were free.
2) Cancelled 2 paid lines early November after I received the $250x3 gift card.
3) The 1 free line remained on the account and seems to still be free.

Question: Can I now sign up for another free line and would that mess up anything on my account? Thanks.

Simple Choice Unlimited doesn't see to quality. Then ran into this:

Something's not right.
Sorry, due to extremely high demand, this page is not available for the moment. While we hurry to catch up, dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone.

Call now! 1-800-TMOBILE

I kept running in to that earlier...I think its just website traffic bogging it down.

I would consider editing main post

in speaking with 611, TM1AMP2 was not eligible. Don't know if others had a different experience.
I had the same issue. I told them 6x it said it was and they said no its not 🙄

Did you reach out to TForce on Twitter? They have the power and ability to fix these kinds of things.

I have a question I would like to ask them. How do you reach out via Twitter?
