I don't think basic installation includes removal of the old one. When I did it a few months ago, I removed the old one myself (it's a simple task). I'd also recommend you do this in advance because if you had the old one installed for a few years, chances are, there is some crap on the floor that you may want to clean before putting the new one in.

I just bought one from Costco before this discount. I am glad Costco has price adjustment for order made within 30 days.

The basic installation includes installation and haul away up to 1 appliance. Per Costco customer service, it is the same as Lowe's paid installation (say 139.99 in my state).

In my case, there is one company came for delivery but another company comes for installation/haul-away. I am scheduled to be installed in 3 weeks. So I decided to install it by myself and wait for them come to haul the old one away.

I bought before the discount. How do you get price adjustment ? Do they do it instore ?

As per the site , we can submit online which I did it might take upto 5 to 7 days.

Does it make sense to buy at Costco for the extended warranty they offer? Hard to know if this color will match the other appliances? Feel like a n00b.

I have exactly a 23 7/8" W cabinet cutout. This unit measures at 23 7/8" W also. Is that going to work out for me? :S

FYI, all of the Whirlpool models in store measure 23.5", so I think so... we'll find out!
