As with almost any tv, it gets cheaper the longer it's on the market, especially towards the Superbowl and March Madness once the news of the next model starts to circulate. Just consider your savings versus how much you may enjoy the tv across the next few months as a trade off.

I jumped on the Costco deal, and if it goes down another $50 or $100, my enjoyment for the last few weeks to month is worth the delta.
This is $50 less than the previous deal. You have to add it to cart to see the discount.

I see the $47 discount, but no mention of the 10% off for prime credit card holders at checkout. Where should I see that?

You should see the 5% plus 5% bonus at checkout when you select Amazon prime card as method of payment.

I purchased this a few days ago for $1897, was able to get a $47 adjustment from customer service as my order hasn't shipped yet.

To those who watch Tv pricing trends, should we expect any better on Friday/Mon? How about run up to Super Bowl?

Yea I feel the same. I was going to wait to purchase a tv for either on BF or Super Bowl. I have been home for the most of my time due to COVID, I am glad I purchased Sony A8H. It is beautiful. I streamed fear the walking dead yesterday and I was amazed to see how much detail it was putting out. Like someone said in another thread. Once you OLED you never come back lol
