Mine came, looks great.

I have a huge concern though:

That the firmware was not updated prior to selling. The brake failure fix is alarming, and even more so that it cant be updated.

I couldn't care less about the app, but firmware is crucial on these types of products.

Mine is missing the bell but otherwise seems in nice refurb shape. Dash is crooked by a few degrees which bothers my perfectionist mind lol... not likely an actual issue. I do not seem to have any luck connecting to Bluetooth even after trying the factory reset sequence (doesn't seem to reset anything haha)

Just started charging mine, mine updates the % while being charged. Maybe it has to do something with the bluetooth issue and connecting to the app individuals are experiencing. All I did was pair mine with the app and plug it in, nothing else.
