That's exactly what both of mine look like. The red S is sport mode which gives you faster acceleration & less range. Mine will not connect to Bluetooth. Will yours?

Also did yours ship from Atlanta?

This is what both of mine look like as well. Mine doesn't connect via Bluetooth.

Not sure where mine shipped from unless its on the box and i havent looked into it.

Mine has the Red S on too and i was wondering what that was?? So thats sport mode? How do we enable or unable this? Mine wont connect via bluetooth and the ninebot segway app either???

No, I think some of us just got unlucky with scooters that cannot be paired. It is the only thing that makes sense at this point.

For some reason, people who can pair keep avoiding answering the question if they always see the Bluetooth icon on the scooter screen. Those of us who cannot pair only see it briefly at startup, and then it disappears.

That's so odd. I know they are refurbs but there must be something we are missing here or not doing. I dont get it either.

But your right, when it boots up, you briefly see the bluetooth icon and others and then it disappears and i have the red S.


BUTTT, i will update this thread right away in a sec. I want to try something. I have no idea why this would make any difference at all but the manual states to fully charge your scooter and then try to pair it. So just as im typing this, it fully charged. Lets see if it pairs now. Ill report back in a couple minutes
