Experience greater power, range, and speed. With an internal and external lithium ion battery, ES4-800 has a top speed of nearly 15.5 mph and a range of up to 28 miles. The bar for high-performance e-scooters has been raised.

Here's another quick update.

For those who want retail functionality back (BT function, FW updates through Segway, Power/Speed modes, etc.), it may be as simple as purchasing an OEM dashboard and replacing your current one. I just purchased one for $50 (hopefully it's OEM) and will update you all when it comes and if it works out.
Thank you for taking one for the team, keep us updated

Just got mine today. It turns on and connects to the Segway Ninebot app but....

1. firmware update keeps crashing at 48%. Any way I can update it because I see the notes and it looks like a major BMS and brake update. Do any of the android apps help? I've read that you can brick it by trying those.

2. The scooter makes a loud noise when riding. Is that normal?
Mine makes a loud noise the whole time while riding and it's because I have a loose rear brake piece, I actually prefer it to be like that since when I'm on paths, people actually turn around and move over versus if I was using the bell.

Got it tonight. Went together well and it's charging.

Anyone know what the flat plate on the handlebar with 4 screws is? The GPS tracker? Can we use these in some way?

Also, has anyone peeled the sticker? The edges of mine are coming up, so considering just peeling it, if it will come cleanly

So I recieved mine today and took it out, its awesome. But When charging the percentage does not go up as it charges. Once I turn it off and then on it seems to reset it and show the actual percentage but gets stuck on whatever it starts with... Anyone have this issue?
I've had that issue as well.

Rides awesome, really like it, I'm willing to live with it.

Supposed to use with the screws facing the rear of the scooter.

Nice! Where did you order from? Is this not the same as sending the existing dashboard off to be flashed for ~$20? Or perhaps that has a low chance of working.

I ordered off ebay, but it was the last one and the only listing that indicated OEM. From my research, you can flash original FW on those aftermarket ones and it can be identical to an OEM one, but I didn't want to take any chances or waste money if it didn't work as planned. Buying an OEM one seems like the simplest way of regaining retail functionality. If this works, I stumbled upon another seller on offerup who sells OEM and aftermarket ones. He told me one way to tell the difference is that you can flash custom FW right off the bat on OEM dashes, but for aftermarket ones, you have to do it via stlink (looks like a usb drive that you solder onto the dashboard temporarily to flash it).

Got mine today. Seems in (almost) like new condition with a few minor scratches on the battery. Would probably not even notice it without knowing it is renewed. As most people, can't connect to BT and have an "s" on the dashboard. BT icon shows up when turned on and then goes away. I have two screws missing - one of each, and yes, I did check all the packaging several times. Will have to pick up atl couple of screws at local hw store - anyone knows what they are specs wise? Haven't tried it yet but all lights are working and charging now.
