Last time I heard, vendors won't give Fry's products because they owed so much and their situation kept getting worse.
It's a shame really, cuz Fry's BF deal used to have many good deals and I used to look forward to looking at their ads, especially BF ad.
The Frys near me actually have it in stock. When I was there a year ago, I was taken aback by all those empty shelves -- I hadn't been there for over a year . I didn't know they were having financial problems and had to google it.

It looks dated sure, but functionally there is no issue and pages load fast.
Add item to cart. Select guess checkout. Enter address info (easily auto-fills). Next page enter payment info (again, auto-fills). Finally confirm and order processed. That is essentially the same for any other website on the internet (except for something like Amazon with single click purchase). I haven't purchased anything from their site in years because their prices have been crap, but checkout process is just fine for what it needs to be.
Using Amazon credit card give you 10% cash back.
Where is that information found that they are closing all but three stores?
