Mine had some offer for 1 year of 25GB of Dropbox. I looked up the terms and purchases after 9/1/2020 are supposed to have 100GB of Dropbox for 1 year.
https://help.dropbox.co
I contacted support and they gave me the rest of the space on my account
If you run into this where your laptop only offers 25GB and you want your other 75GB
https://puu.sh/GYVSq/9ca50b9f3b.png
- Redeem the 25GB offer using the pre-installed app on your laptop, linking it to your account so they have verification that you redeemed the offer with your device.
- Send an email to [email protected] telling them you only received 25GB, yet you were supposed to receive 100GB since you purchased on XX-XX-2020 directly from HP. Include the above link to promotion terms and attach your HP Laptop invoice to the email ( I used the one from my HP account)
- Follow their instructions but they should have enough to verify and add it to your account

use code: HPSA33 to get it for $59. It's a really good deal if you are keeping the laptop for a long time. At the end of 3 yr if you don't use it, you can actually file for a refund. So it's practically free in that case

Coupon SMBHOL10 works for $599 or more.
Paypal Chase offer gives 5% cashback too !!
A pretty futureproof buy, and I think the RAM and SSD are replaceable so if you need to do it now, or in the future, it's a perfect base to start with.

Confirmed cannot add any customizable laptops at all to the cart. You can only add noncustomizable items like monitors, mouse, backpacks
Pretty sure it's upgradeable. The maintainance manual says so. It's the same chassic type as the WM deal one.
This may be academic since many wont be able to check out with this at this rate.

This deal:
HP Pavilion Laptop - 15z-eh000
Am I missing something? I am not trying to say you are wrong... just want to figure this out.
RAM looks to be upgradeable based upon the service manual. But if you are not comfortable getting a screw driver and taking the whole bottom off of your laptop (not just an access port), disconnecting the battery, replacing the memory modules, hoping that HP hasn't somehow whitelisted the memory modules they use in the BIOS to ensure they are the only ones which work, and then reconnecting the battery, screwing it all back together, hitting the power button, and hoping that it works - just pay them to upgrade the memory. If you don't fix computers for a living or are not at least a serious hobbyist, and/or you are terrified by the prospect of HP screwing with you over allegedly voiding the warranty because of some seal you probably broke and/or blaming whatever problem the system has on the two new modules you installed, you probably don't want to screw with it.
Yes, they are basically selling you the two 8GB modules at retail, and depriving you of the opportunity to sell the two 4GB modules, but sometimes, life is too short to mess with certain things. Then again, if you are a tech anyway, or really know your way around computers with a screwdriver, this may be a good way to save $50 for 25 minutes work.
Of course, this all assumes you can actually buy one, which thanks to HP's website, you can't. So it may all be a moot point.

This is mine for $548 good deal?
Edit: forgot to add, HP has a vent on the bottom, Dell has vent on the back, blowing toward the screen.
I would just be happy with what you bought. The deal in this thread is good but its still not as good as the "price mistake" HP deal from the other day. Now that blows out every black friday deal this year. Intel i7 11th gen for $250. LOL

Didn't want to push it more than that considering the lower brightness screen and the plastic build. Think under $400 after tax and cashback keeps this at the sweet spot.
Hopefully the upgrade process isn't too bad. I'm not stressing the 8 GB as I'm on the Costco one with 4 GB and it has been a champ for the last year with multitasking and chrome tabs.
