Coupon SMBHOL10 works for $599 or more.
Paypal Chase offer gives 5% cashback too !!
A pretty futureproof buy, and I think the RAM and SSD are replaceable so if you need to do it now, or in the future, it's a perfect base to start with.

I suggest everyone call them and get some money back. We deserve it.

use code: HPSA33 to get it for $59. It's a really good deal if you are keeping the laptop for a long time. At the end of 3 yr if you don't use it, you can actually file for a refund. So it's practically free in that case.
only if you install windows 10 home for uefi boot. If you try to install windows 10 with non secure legacy boot or another version of windows 10, still need license and activation.
These are the other plans of various lengths:

I think the HP 15 is different from the HP Pavilion 15
I tried and it charges and displays with 1 USB-C cable, also the screen resolution can do 2048x1152 instead 1080p.
I noticed the resolution changed, and the online resolution tells me the current pixel is
QWXGA 2048 × 1152
What could have gone wrong? Any idea? Thanks.

i dont agree, because from the website it does say HP Pavillion 15 & 17
It says HP 15, 17, Pavilion 10. Seems like HP 15 and 17 are another line of products.
It looks like this is the correct care package: https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp...p-u9yq9e-1
This is the same one that is added if you purchase the care package at the same time as the laptop
