This is actually a $10 reward from Macy's that we're using to test out our Slickdeals Rewards program. Can you give us some more info as to how you login to the main SD site? Is it via Facebook or Google? We've found an issue with some of these login types that we're working on resolving. Note: This rewards program is still in a Beta so we're looking for this type of feedback to figure out what's working and what is not. Without this feedback we'd definitely continue to have issues like this, so thank you for helping us uncover them.

I've actually used this offer multiple times and everytime I clicked Macy's.com link cashback is showed up.
For records to show up, are we supposes to wait or do sth else?

We also want to thank you for helping us test out our new Slickdeals Rewards program and uncover issues like this! We're striving to make this better with every round of feedback - and we now have enough users that we just uncovered this issue at-scale.
Note: Anything you've purchased over the past couple days likely won't be in the portal quite yet. We have to wait for the data to be sent back from the retailer and this can take a bit of time (especially around the holidays) for them to finish initial order processing and then let us know the order is confirmed.
