- If you have not set a password before, you may do so here: Forgot Password. If you use Google/Facebook/Apple logins or Email Magic Link, you will still be able to do so on the main slickdeals site but will need to enter a password for the Slickdeals Rewards Portal for now.
- Your transaction should show up in the Slickdeals Rewards Portal over the next couple weeks; Rewards will be redeemable after the retailers return window has closed.
- If you need additional help, check out the Slickdeals Rewards Beta Forum. You can get to this page by clicking 'Profile' tab in the Extension and then clicking on 'Slickdeals Rewards Beta Forum'. Login should be back to normal now, but we may run into the same issue until we can push code to resolve next week. We found an issue where invalid attempts will inadvertently lock out everybody. We're working with the team to resolve this but it will be a few days due to the holiday until we can get the long term fix in. Rest assured your transactions will still track throughout this weekend and into next week even if you have trouble here and there getting into the portal. This is actually a $10 reward from Macy's that we're using to test out our Slickdeals Rewards program. Can you give us some more info as to how you login to the main SD site? Is it via Facebook or Google? We've found an issue with some of these login types that we're working on resolving. Note: This rewards program is still in a Beta so we're looking for this type of feedback to figure out what's working and what is not. Without this feedback we'd definitely continue to have issues like this, so thank you for helping us uncover them.

I've actually used this offer multiple times and everytime I clicked Macy's.com link cashback is showed up.
