These a very popular with hikers and backpackers. The large toe box and light weight work really make them comfortable compared to a traditional hiking boot.

This is about as cheap as I've seen the Lone Peaks go. I'd be all over it if I didn't have a pair sitting unused in my closet from a deal last Christmas that I still haven't had a chance to use for trail running. Thanks COVID!

I've been looking for a new pair as a backup to my Altra Superior 4s. I've put in over a 100 miles of light trail running on the Superior 4s. They are holding up quite well. I love how roomy the toe box is. Glad to know these Line Peaks also have a large toe box. Not sure if I want to pull the trigger on this since I really like the Superior 4. I heard the Superior 4.5 has a narrower toe box so I'm staying away from it.

Thanks OP! So glad I waited for a good sale on these. Didn't need them before when they were around $100, so $72 is great. Also had some rewards available for JackRabbit so that helped too.

About 300 miles into my first pair. If you haven't run in zero drop shoes before, take it easy with these - they'll destroy your calves.

I've done an ultra and several trail halves in these. They're comfy and grippy and hold up well.

These are seriously the best. My favorite shoes. There were lots of complaints about the 4.5 vs the 4.0 but I haven't had any issues with the 4.5.
