And yet it makes no sense the rep would tell to hold off on adding a free line when you can add a line and still be eligible for qualifying phone promotion within 14 days of adding a line. What does that tell us? lol
Correct, neither rep nor reddit is trustable and it's my point. That's why I said I will only trust the official terms which are published.

For XR phone they might be giving out credits for 24 months, and wouldn't be free, so you are stuck with them for 24 months

I have a Sprint line. I want to know if I can get the free Iphone XR for the two lines I already have on Sprint?
I tried calling Sprint. As always, I was on the line for 30 mins and then BS.
I tried calling T-mobile, but it redirects to Sprint, because I'm on Sprint.
Any help is much appreciated.

What's a benefit of having a free line? Think my plan is eligible for multi free lines.

Business on the side(drugs). Chicks on the side. Kids. Plus, all the ways you can use phone lines with technology nowadays.

Even reddit post confirmed this does not stack with Free line. Don't ever trust T-Mobile rep through their website. I've had T-mobile rep through website/app provide incorrect information which caused so much headache for me in the past.
You are correct. I spoke too soon! Editing my original post.

Please do try it and report back to us the result 👍
If you get the 2020 line on us 3 you need to keep all account for 12 month. If you cancel any line you lose the promo. That's what they told me cause I was going to cancel my wife line for the new free one.

Just a heads up. I kinda worked around this with one of my lines recently. Have 12 lines with various people. Bro-inlaw wanted off but i told him he couldnt until the year was up otherwise id lose my free line (have 3). What i did was contact tmo and had them release his line to a new account under his name. Didn't affect my account at all. Used the open spot to get another free line. He will probbaly jusy cancel/port his account after a month and its totally separated from mine. So if u want to try, ask them to release the line to a new account and cancel that account right after.
When they release to a new account, does that require a credit check ?

Hi, I'm thinking to transfer my mom's cell service from Verizon to T-Mobile magenta 55+ but I have a question...T-Mobile is doing that $100 gift card if you port in a number but it looks like I have to call in to get the ball rolling?

"For a limited time, switch to T-Mobile and get a virtual prepaid $100 MasterCard® when you activate a new line and bring your number. May be used with other offers.

Call 1-800-T-MOBILE
via rebate with virtual prepaid card See full terms"

Do I have to call them about porting the Verizon number in first before I can try to order the free iPhone XR from the website, or do I have to order the iPhone XR on the phone when I'm calling about the free $100 gift card?
Has anybody called them about this free $100 gift card and if so what was the process to port in to get the gift card?

I'm just confused about why they are making us call in to get the gift card and what order I should order in/call in to be eligible for the gift card...o.O

Thank you.

No need to trade in for XR. If this stack with the free line it would be awesome.

If I get the Galaxy Active Watch using this deal, will the $10/mo line stay valid if I close all other phone lines on my account down the road? So if no phone lines existed on my account will I still be billed $10/mo for the watch or higher?
