Costco sell phone on full price and when purchased on full price it won't be eligible for this promo.

They do have an option to order for you on monthly payment but I don't think it will be through Costco prices instead they will do it from T-Mobile directly for you in kiosk.

So it may not be combinable with any other Costco promos is my understanding

Lame deal. Not a good idea to get two year old phone with bill credits will be over 4 yrs old at end of term. Just released phone better like the 12 mini with trade in.

its only good if you need a new line. I have someone need a line and he's using iPhone 6s. So free XR is still a nice upgrade for him.

T-Mobile One. $25 a line, $5 autopay discount making it $20. 20% off $20 making it $16 as I have the hookup 20% off for life. 8 lines so I'd have to get a hold of TForce to have them switch me to the 9-12 T-Mobile One plan and I've decided it's not worth the hassle so I'm passing on the free line and the add a line free XR.
