Regular price of Hubitat has been running between $125-$140 lately. The new C7 model is on sale for $115 with free shipping. For an added $5 this includes a smart plug where both sides of the plug can be controlled separately (Z-wave). Hubitat is not as user friendly as SmartThings but much more customizable and they continue to integrate more products and user-generated device drivers through the community. There are a lot of videos, sites and reviews that you should check out before you buy!

Spend 8 hours to know on how to migrate from homeassistant to hubitat.
Still using homeassitant as a front-end/proxy.
Trying to less maintenance by grouping all zwave/zigbee/wifi switch into hubitat. And do compicated automation through hass.
Well recommend hubitat for everyone that need local control and intergation with running front-end.

The latest update has done wonders. Fixed all my Zwave issues.
You mean the same Smartthings that requires the internet for everything?
Call me when local processing actually works.
There's also nothing prohibiting you from running a Hubitat with Smartthings being the primary interface, so it's not like the two have to compete.
Smartthings is out of the hardware business.
These are true statements, but once you figure out the dashboards it's very easy to use.
