You can pay with walmart gift card. For extra 5% savings buy $45 walmart eGift card using chase freedom and use it to pay for this offer.
Also, check Cash Card offer for extra 5% at sams club with $20 max for online purchase. , once you get your free membership you can use your cash card to buy gift cards at sams club online.

Once they got to the part where it generates cards they didnt want to give me my wife's.
But the system wouldn't let her stop so she gave it to me anyway.
They never asked for emails. Just Driver License for both of us.

I went to the service desk. I had to just to get the membership card to begin with. What I didn't expect was that I couldn't get the gift card for 72hrs. She also told me that it would just "show up" on my membership card. (I assume next time I check out?)
