This mount from BJs is only listed for 70" tvs but the weight limit on the mount is 120lbs where as this is a 112lbs:

Would it be okay if the brackets fit to mount this on it as I am not exceeding but getting up on the weight limit?

If it was a fixed mount, I wouldn't worry. But with this one and exceeding size by 15" I would be concerned. Because of the size of the tv you wouldn't get full motion. And depending on position it might apply too much force when the arms are extended.
