I hear so many mixed reviews on this it's mind boggling... i can't imagine the mattress differs so much from one to the other and pass QA.. I guess it's all different preference.. What's the return policy if buying online? I'm willing to try it. I'm usually flexible on these types of things and may end up keeping it.. but my other half, not so much!
Also it says zoned support in the descriptions but review sites says there are no zoned support for Costco Casper
Certi-pur Certified Foam + No Ozone Depleting Chemicals
Zoned Support For Targeted Alignment And Comfort
Four-layer Foam Construction - Breathable Open-cell Foam, High-density Memory Foam, Zoned Transition Foam, And Durable Support Foam
Hand-sewn, Zip-off Cover

If you purchase online you can either return instore or call costco to schedule a pickup for return. No hassle, I do not believe anything has changed on mattress return policy. But if you purchase in store you have to return in store.

Can't speak for casper but I had the Novaform earlier this year. Worst mattress ever, it was like sleeping on a rock. Emailed and call them as the instruction says they'll make it right for your comfort. What a load of crap, they refused to do anything and won't even give out the ILD number. Finally had to hire a moving company to return to Costco.

I can provide the following feedback to potential buyers, these are my opinions after ownership:
-Edge support will get soft at some point, it already has on mine.
-Those sensitive to temp will feel this get hot.
-It will take time to adjust coming from a traditional spring mattress.
-I feel 100 nights is not really enough time to try out this mattress, Costco membership is the only way to really purchase this and try it out.
Hoping Costco offers Caspers newer variants at some point.

Novaform makes many different mattresses at different price points. Which model are you referring to?
Just bought a queen with 12/20 shipment (originally 12/18). Waited a bit and it seems like the delivery dates are being pushed back after a hour. Bought now and will try it out
