No, it doesn't have the clamp for a phone, this is for small cameras that weight less than 2.2lbs.
It has a standard thread like a tripod. You can purchase a clamp mount to thread onto this. I have been using the Square Jellyfish for my pixel 4xl. It has held tight so far.
