  2. Add Qualifying Payment Card to your Google Pay Account
  3. Follow On-screen Prompts and accept terms & conditions
  4. Swipe to "Explore" Tab in the App
  5. Scroll until you find the Target offer
  6. Click to Activate the offer
  7. Click Enroll Card
    • You may need to Click Activate again
  8. Spend $50 or more at Target.com or in-store using the payment card enrolled at Google Pay
    • Once the Reward is Earned, it will be deposited to "Your Money" in Google Pay.
    • You may redeem the cash back reward 30 days after your qualifying purchase.

Do NOT use Paypal or anything other than the "Credit Card" option during checkout folks. Using any other form of checkout even funding it via the same credit card is not the same. Make sure you use the same credit card that you enrolled on your Gpay account too.

I can confirm where the issue is. In order to get the $21 reward, you have to verify that the activated offer shows up in both your offers section (explore tab) and at the bottom of your enrolled cards section (settings -> offers/rewards). I had no problem instantly getting my reward once all of that was verified and in place following activation.

I don't know if it's already been addressed in this thread, but Google is requiring my FULL 9 digit SSN for verification. Is there any way to bypass that? I don't want to give up my full SSN just for $21...
