Steps for Google GSuite users.
This offer only works with the lastest beta version of GPay. However, the latest version of Gpay does not work with GSuite users. You can create a new personal gmail account or use one you already have.
When you get the prompt that this version does not support GSuite, choose the option to switch accounts and enter your non GSuite gmail. Once installed, add a qualifying credit or debit card to Gpay then activate the Target $21 offer and make sure it's attached to the card.
The new Gpay app will have a seperate icon so make sure you are going to the right Gpay app.
Follow the link to Target or just go to Target.com and buy something $50 or more and checkout using the attached credit or debit card. I bought 2x Home Depot cards at $25 each. Once checkout was completed, I got the reward confirmation immediately on the app.

At the home page, there should be an icon with the person's name who sent you $10. Click it and underneath the box that says "you were paid $10" there should be a link that says "you earned a reward". Click that link and then click the gift to reveal your $21 bonus. Now the reward icon should show on the homepage. Both the referrer and referee need to do this.
I did the 3) (Target GC got 21) first then did 1) (referral to wife and got another 21)
Now have 2 referrals remaining..Can i Self some other gmail..it Outlook possible?
It asks for phone number when clicking to create a new GPay account..same phone number ok?
Lets assumei was able to create another Hpay using my phone number again...can i use a diffrent debit card to fund and send myself and return it back to get $21 in each acct?

Make sure you activate a card in GPay for the Target offer before you make the purchase.
