It's memory foam "infused with coffee bean and castor oil extract", it will be fine especially if you remote start to warm and defrost.
Edit: Wasn't saying the infused crap was meaningful I was just saying it's memory foam no gel. I put the marketing bs in quotes for a reason.
The foam will be very similar to how your cars seat already is, probably a little better if it's leather in the winter. Plus if your vehicle has heated seats set to come on when you remote start your car it will further help warm it up.
