Well, I don't think they compare. Ascent is their newest offering and this is the top of the line model. Basically the most expensive and complete blender you can buy. Honestly, most people don't need such a powerful unit but people get tricked into marketing. The one from costco is a legacy model meaning it's been out for a long time. It will lack a lot of features and will not have metal shell which helps with noise suppression. I don't know how Ascent series will work out for older folks though because it has a digital screen for inputting commands.
Isn't the 750 Pro the top of the line model? Literally bought the 320 from Costco yesterday because of the add ons it comes with. Wondering if this is a better option even though it is more expensive? Thanks!

Purchased a BT from Costco a month back to make smoothies. Wife wasn't happy with the unit, so we returned it. Purchased this model with the food processor add-on. Saved 20% of both, Thanks!

For those that may inquire, my wife didn't care for the lids on the BT blender. They seemed finicky to attach and would leak if you didn't get them on 100%. Also, one of out jars discolored while making soup. We tried using the baking soda/lemon cleaning method, but nothing wants to remove the yellow-ish stain from the jar.

A3500 and Pro 750 are the two top of the line blenders Vitamix offers, but Pro 750 is a legacy model. It's been out for basically forever and it lacks a lot of the features A3500 packs. Also, you can't get Pro 750 in metal construction anymore because they discontinued it. The new "Pro" 750 you will pay $500 for will come in plastic construction. Power wise, I believe A3500 out does Pro 750 by 60W. Lastly, because Pro 750 is a dinosaur model, it is incompatible with a lot of the newer attachments. There is no reason to get the 750 anymore.

Coming up to 460$ after taxes, is it worth 150$ more than the Costco e320 with PCA package ?
