Xbox X raffle

41 138 December 23, 2020 at 07:05 AM
So I have an Xbox and I want to raffle it off for $12 instead of selling or returning it. I live in Austin Texas and prefer to keep it local; willing to drive up to Houston to deliver. I'm limiting it to 100 entries. I have the receipt to show that I purchased it. I'm doing this because my brother is in a bind and needs the money. I'm trying to find out what platforms can I post this to try and get 100 entries the quickest?

If you want to limit to people you know/friends/somewhat trusted, Facebook.

If you want to do random people, Twitter/Instagram/other social site with paypal/venmo/cashapp.

Probably be best to just return the console, and that way you get your $500 plus tax back and call it even at the EOD.

If you try to run a raffle, how can you assure people like myself that you're not simply scamming us?

But, if you or your brother are in money binds, probably should not have bought a new console. Or, return the console to the store and give your brother the $500. Or, is that too logical?
