Not true. Just reach out to @tmobilehelp on Twitter via DM with the imei and they'll unlock it for you. I just did it last week. No special approach required. The unlock was successful in 8 hours.

You have to open the box, place the existing tmobile sim and hit the "Permanent Unlock" button and wait around 72hours to 96hours...

All the coupons given by the CS chat say "only one can be applied" when I try them. CS also saying we can use only one coupon. So not sure how folks are getting additional 20...
I think Groupon might also not stack because of this same reason...

No ask them the $20 code.. i tried agin and they are giving out the same $100 but diff code.. ask the $20 one.. i got one and brought mine to $160.. it will stack on top of $100.. i am including raku-ten 10% cash back into my calculations.. and if u include the $20 Samsung credit.. it ~140.. total cost!
