Lowest price elsewhere is Newegg at $159.99.
I couldn't find anything better for DDR4 3600 and CAS16. There are similarly priced DDR4 3200 kits or slower, just as there are 3600mhz kits with higher latency CAS 18+. This kit is in a great price/performance range for 1080 and 1440 gaming on newer motherboards and 10th gen Intel chips. Once you get into 4K gaming, 3000 or 3200mhz kits with lower latency are all you need. However, if you look around those kits are only about $25 less than this configuration.
I wasn't looking for bling, just high speed and low latency desktop RAM that stays cool. There also seem to be shortages for some performance RAM now, so 20-30% off sales from a few months ago are non-existent.

Look at the sticker on the memory module that can be viewed tru the packaging window. The last digit is either an "E" or a "B". (Sometimes E1 or B1).
For 2x16gb kits;
E = Rev E, and is dual rank
B = Rev B, and is single rank

If it's not dual rank I assume you'd have to pay for return shipping ?

Intel CPU's do not get much of a boost in performance running ram higher than 2933. I wouldn't say there isn't any benefit from it but the ROI probably isn't worth it. This is mainly due to the fact that typically the CAS for 3600 or higher is significantly slower If this was using Samsung B dies you could work around it but this particular set uses Hynix.
