Spend $10 more and get a quality known brand like Klein or Fluke that's been trusted by professionals for many years. I for sure would never use this as a professional as something I'd count my life on or getting hurt. Fakespot review analysis has this at a 1 1/2 stars btw. This has tons of fake reviews

Buy this instead, it doesn't have thousands of fake reviews like OP's post, this is probably the most sold voltage detector, with fluke being close to it. I've averaged about 1 - 2 years of daily use out of this tester, I'm on my 5th or 6th one. Usually they have issue with the button falling out or they keep randomly turning on and off.

This is my personal favorite as I've had this one last me around 10 years of almost daily use. The sound stopped working on it after about 6 - 8 years

What is the purpose of having adjustable sensitivity? The ones I've used have never had this feature so not sure when it would be needed.

I'll give you one reason that recently drove me crazy. I'm tryign to figure out which of my christmas lights in an ornament has a short, and everything lights up because of proximity to other pre-wired lights.

Uses button batteries? That's like $50 of batteries the first time you replace them.
According to the description, it uses 2 AAA.

Would this be useful for car radio wires? I'm trying to figure out a short. 🤝 Thanks.

I'm going to take an educated guess that uses DC, not AC. This is for AC voltage.

No. This is only an AC tester.

Just as an edit on how these things "work"
