Bought four (4) for Christmas 2021 toys giveaway. Used a Target gift card purchased with 10% discount. Win-Win.
Nope.
Two shipped. Each in separate box with tracking number for each box.
The other two that I bought are still to be shipped.
I ordered four (4) of the StoryBots.
I received 3 emails sending that one of each was coming by UPS. Did not get a fourth email.
Yet, when I log into Target.com, it shows that all 4 were coming in a box via FedEx Home.
Today, I received 2 FedEx Home boxes with one of each per box.
The other 2 StoryBots were missing.
I call Target.
Target.com is sending replacements.
Each replacement is 1 order.
So I have 2 replacement orders.
Disorganized. Totally pathetic logistics.
