It's fine. It's Timex. They were taking a beating before you were born. If you're camping, working out, cycling or falling down the stairs, you're fine. If you're climbing Everest, I doubt you're interested in this anyway.

For those that will ask, no, this is nothing like a g shock. This can't take half the abuse a g shock could. Don't get this if you intend to do anything remotely rugged with it

I remember begging my parents to buy a gshock at Costco back in the day, which cost $20. I'm guessing they were lower end, basic gshocks at that price. I still have it just never cared to know how to change the battery

I got this back in September after seeing it on SD. Its pretty bulky. I also need to take a minute to figure out how to set the time. Decent watch as an accessory. Cheap enough not to worry about.

I bought this during an earlier SD posting. As I recall the digital numbers are difficult to read under very much light. Anyway, I didn't care for the watch

I have to agree. Even though they seem flimsy compared to a G-Shock, they still take a beating. I have never managed to destroy a Timex.
