This is an instore clearance item at Tractor Supply Company marked down from $89.99 to $59.99. The online price is still $89.99, which is already a very good price. You can order online for curbside pickup. If your store has it, it will show the lower price. I purchased the last one in my store. YMMV

I guess you need to find a deal on a tool chest. It's beats having 8 different carrying cases stacked up.
I agree. When faced with a stubborn nut or bolt, I always skip the ratchets and go for a standard wrench or breaker bar - or maybe even heat, penetrating oil, and an impact wrench.

For most things these will be fine, just don't push it. But if you end up breaking one, they do have a lifetime warranty.
Sounds like you're using them enough to warrant buying something that costs more than $2 per wrench. For the home gamer, these are probabaly just fine. I wouldn't use them to break loose head bolts or hold the nut on a carriage bolt while driving the head with an impact, they they'll be fine for pretty much everything else.

Home Depot has the 'Husky' brand, same sort of deal, standard and stubby (30-piece) for $59. May be a bit easier with local returns as these tend to all have issues over time under hard use. Either set is a good value, I have the Gearwrench set myself.

The ratcheting mech in gear wrenches brake. I've had this happen on numerous wrenches from this set.. bought the stubby set and the same issue.
