They're always for sale for $10 at the airport. Infinitely cooler for sleeping on the plane.

Still waiting on my order from October. Expected delivery date was Dec 2 and still nothing yet. They won't refund me & told me just wait. Also, during BF I made 8 separate orders on stuff but never got the chance to pick up. My store sent me 8 cancellation emails, but I only received 5 refunds. I called but they said store marked it as picked up so that's why I didn't receive my 8 refunds. They told me to call the store. I told them it doesn't make sense bc I received 8 cancelation emails from my store & email stated I will get refunds. However, 1800 # telling me a different story. So I called the store & they hung up after many tries or they'll give excuse of this is their 1st day of work. Called the 1800 # back again & they said they will refund me. Macy's said wait for 5-7 days for for refund. It's been over 20 days and no refund posted on my card. Called them back again & they said they'll refund me...it's been 10 days since 2nd time I called them.,...then I placed some more orders when they were giving out Macy's money. When I checked out, Macy's said I will be receiving $50 in Macy's money. Weeks after, nothing yet. So I chatted up with them. Rep told me to wait for 5-7 days for email of the money. This was back in December, it's January 6th and no refunds, Macy's money, and no packages yet.
Macy's is a scam....there's so many issues with them that I don't know which one to discuss first when I call them. Damn....give me back my remaining 3 refunds that I got cancellation emails for & either refund me or send me the pillow purchase....where's my $50 Macy's money promised to me? Macy's is too much!! Is that how they make money for the company?

Which airport is this? I always see them selling for closer to $20 or higher at different airports.

As someone who has also traveled a lot, I believe you're correct in that they're closer to $20. That being said, I know I've sometimes seen them hanging on a rack at a bunch of those airport stores and there is usually some deal for 2 of them but IIRC it's closer to $30. Probably something like one for $20 or two for $30. Though I'm sure it depends highly on which airport you're traveling through.

That being said I have both a memory foam one and a beaded one and I'm almost certain I got both at different Walmarts for $10 each.

The memory foam one was more comfortable for me and had more neck support than the beaded one. As long as it's not really hot on the plane, I'd go with the memory foam one each time.

This post just reminded me that one of the last in store T-Mobile Tuesday deals I actually redeemed before the pandemic was for a free inflatable T-Mobile branded travel pillow lol might give that a shot when things back eventually get back to normal if I can even find the thing. It was folded up into the size of a little pocket square.

Macy's is a scam? So you're telling me the started business over 100 years ago, set up shop in hundreds of locations, employed tens of thousands of people and scored by getting your $50? No doubt you received bad service. It happens everywhere but I'm not sure it qualifies as a Scam. 🤷 ♂️ I hope posting your comment relieved some of your frustration because I'm not sure it helps anyone determine if the want a travel pillow set.

If the packages were shipped USPS, that might be the problem. I still have five packages that say they are sitting in a postal facility somewhere. I received a Christmas card today that was postmarked dec 15th. Three weeks instead of the normal three days. Small businesses are being killed by this problem. I ordered three items on Etsy. The only one that showed up took about a week from Instanbul, Turkey. No luck on packages shipped from Maryland or California. Another reason to celebrate Trump's departure.

$50 from me is nothing, but if they do it to millions of people then that's a different story. I'm hesitant to make another order from them. I called 3 times already about the cancellation emails I received for not picking up my items, but they only refunded me 5 out of the 8 orders. Every time I called they kept saying they'll refund me but nothing yet since December 2020, it's been over a month and nothing yet. I even checked the status of my canceled order. I now understand why they were missing my refunds, bc I had 2 items in the order...it only gave me partial refund & said I picked up the other item. That's why the amount of refund was not correct. But seriously, I received 8 cancellation emails for not picking up my item but on the tracking page, it said I picked up one out of the 2 items I purchased in that order. Really Macy's?? Why the hell would any associate give me just 1 item from my order (consisting of 2 items) .....if I did pick up my items...I would pick up ALL...why just 1 item from a 2 items order? Also, if I "picked up 1 item" from the 2 items order then why would the store sent me cancellation emails for that order for not picking up my orders? The 8 emails were sent straight in a row indicating I didn't pick up my order which items were not picked up...but online rep said I picked up 1 of the 2 items in my order? Who freaking picks up just 1 item out of a 2 items order....but the other orders (consisting of 2 same products from BF deal) were refunded in all except for 3 orders said 1 item picked up by me 😂 .....who the hell just picks up 1 item from a multiple item order..no associate would just give me 1 item when there's multiple items in my order. Anyway, I've established that I didn't pick up ANY order..thus the reason for the cancellation emails.
