Interestingly, Project Farm just release a video on these bottles, if anyone is interested:

Sorry to double respond, Project Farm just did a review and the Hydro Flask came out on top. Also, my friend at work just contacted them because she received a dented one. All they requested was for her to write the date and warranty claim in black marker on the bottle and send a photo and they shipped a new one. In general, I've only seen good things from their customer service. Sorry you had a bad experience.

Ehhh, went with a cool canteen (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GPZW...XTME?psc=1) instead. Same damn thing and ALWAYS been cheaper, even before the pandemic. Comes with three lids too. Never really understood the hype behind the hydroflasks brand, especially not for the money. I for one will continue to support the little guy, although this isn't a bad price I will admit.

Are these really better than the random Chinese ones online? They are probably all coming from the same factory.

I will never understand why people want a hydro flask when target and walmart has plenty of other brands that sell the same stuff for cheaper.

Hydro flask is very weak and dents easily, rendering the insulation useless. The "warranty" is BS as you have to mail the item to them, so basically you spend $10-12 bucks to mail back an $18 bottle. Better to get something sturdier for less price (thermoflask for example)

I have warrantied two bottles and a cap with them and never had to send anything in. For the bottles, they just wanted a picture of the defect (discoloration in the inside). I called on the straw cap. The straws broke and I wanted to buy just the straws. They don't sell them alone so the rep said she would sent a replacement cap. A few days later I received 3 brand new caps with straws in the retail packaging.

I got 2 of the Ozark trail 64oz bottles for $16 and have been really happy with them.

18-24oz bottles are just a waste of space to carry for water IMO.

Most of these tumbler brands are about the same quality, really just paying for the name brand on some of these. The Ozarks i have have lasted just as well as my one yeti tumbler.

To each their own though. I was gifted a swell that has that really nice looking wood grain but at only 25oz its easier to just get a pack of the 1 liter water bottles and carry and refill that during the day.

I have both brands. Ozark is better quality, doesn't dent easily and a fraction of the cost. Hydroflask is lighter... Ozark trail ftw

How? Just stick $6.40 worth of stamps on the bottle and drop in a usps collection box?
I went to the post office and the clerk weighed it and said it would cost $6.40 for first class. He printed a sticker/stamp and put it on the bottle.

thanks OP. bought a 24oz.

UPDATE: Went to pick up the 24oz bottle, and found a 32oz bottle for sale for $22. look around when you go pick up your bottle, your store might have something better on sale...
