Apparently it only looks at BofA cards. Where as the Chase 5/24 rule looks at any credit card issued to you, regardless of which company issued it to you.
Edit: Adding the 7/12 and 3/12 rules for BofA higher up to this comment.

If we register a BoA credit card as our default/primary payment option to PayPal, does that qualify online shopping purchases for rewards credit?
I haven't been able to find details on what specific online shopping expenditures qualify as "purchases" that earn cash rewards.
I sent an eMail to the BoA rep that set up my account with this same question, but got no reply.
I would think after statement post. I have other reward cards and that is how it works. I shows Pending in my Rewards tab. The $200 was immediately pending as it shows I spent more than $2500.
And is it unlimited? also does BoA reject people who use it as a business card?

I've had Bank of America for more than 20years without any issues
Funny, I had mine for about that long too before I was made to regret it.
