Wow great deal. You could use the S20 as a stepping stone to the S21 by trading it in next year. You may even get more than $400 trade in credit.

I ordered this (as current customer) to move it onto my current line (once the prev promo is satisfied). When i check the promo in my billing details, it has a list of conditions that needs to be satisfied. in that list is a "transfer your number". i thought as an existing customer i didnt have to do a number transfer? is it referring to transfer my current fi number to this phone (which is what i plan to do in a few weeks time)?

Unfortunately, I did not ask the rep about that. And I have been trying to re-connect with Google Fi Support for further clarifications but without success.

This is just an error in google's checkout. It says 90 days everywhere else. The same error was there for the Pixel 4a 5G deal.

So if you already have a fi account with an S20 that had the promo and have like 55 days left to keep the phone active before cancelling, what happens if you order this on the same account? How can you activate it and not replace the other S20 so I can have both phones and both promos?. Would it really cancel out and deactivate the other phone making the original promo invalid?

Do you know if I can sim swap? I want to get the most basic plan, the Flex $20/month but it has no data, and I currently have a plan that gives me a couple gigs a month.

Do I need to keep the Google Fi sim card in it 24/7 for 90 days or can I just use it a couple times a month, then swap it for my regular sim?

When you order, it asks you for your current number. Is that the number you port, or can you port another number once you receive and activate your phone?

Can I get some opinions? s20+ or wait for the s21+ and pay a lot more due to new release? Is the s21 a huge enough upgrade to justify the cost?

Will be trading in a note 10+.

Edit: nm, will probably go with the s20+ due to more memory and price.
