leave google fi SIM card in a drawer (I guess)
use my S21 on my existing Tmobile SIM.
cancel google fi after 90 days
I'm keeping the S20 Ultra untill a new note is released.
The S21 is not an update to me slight improvements & 3 more years of updates on a phone I won't keep that long isn't worth it

thanks for the tip "Make sure when you reset the phone that the Google fi app is not still installed."
so, I should uninstall Google Fi first, then reset it? Will it automatically reinstall Google Fi after reset?
or precisely, do it like "take out SIM card first, reset it, trade it in"....
I placed an order on Jan. 14th, but looks like it still hadn't been shipped out yet. I contacted the Google Fi customer representative thru chat but I was told that I would get the phone on time which was Jan. 27th and there was nothing else they could do for me. That doesn't make sense at all. Google usually ships items out very fast.
Anyone has the same problem? Also please PM me if you need the $20 code.
I did not uninstall it, I reset the phone while it was installed and pulled the sim while the reset was happening. I can't say definitively if that was the right thing to do or not.
I put my tmobile sim from my Oneplus 7 pro in the s20 and can't seem to get Chat features in Google Messages to work. It's stuck on "Setting Up" for the last two days. I keep getting texts via RCS on my Oneplus 7 Pro when connected to Wi-Fi.

I ordered on 1/10 and received my phone!
Problem is I still have to hold onto this thing for 3 months and not sure if Samsung is going to allow me to wait that long to send them the trade in. What yall think?

Do keep in mind that the S21 series ditches MST for Samsung Pay and ditches MicroSD.
