Wow great deal. You could use the S20 as a stepping stone to the S21 by trading it in next year. You may even get more than $400 trade in credit.

Would i be able to swap FI sims on this phone? I have existing FI account and getting a s20 with new line on Fi. Once i activate and port-in can i use my old Fi number on the S20 and new number on my existing phone which is also on Fi?

No, if you signed up for a new line, you cannot swap Fi sim cards. That would have a high probability of voiding the promo.

Got the phone today and transferred to Fi no problem. Pretty happy with my upgrade from a Samsung S8. My S8 port died but all my settings transferred via the google and samsung backups.
Fi isn't in my town for some reason but it is in the town over so I had to use a town hall for a service location. As soon as I got my phone setup with Fi I was able to change my service location to the correct address. No issues with connectivity so far.

I got this deal, however I didn't enter the promo code to get $20 off on first month bill. Talking to customer rep didn't really help because he basically said he cannot apply. Any way i can have this applied?

Ordered s20 on 19, originally scheduled for 28 Jan but now it says "delayed and we are working on it" and no ETA. multiple chats with customer care to no avail. Anyone facing same issue? Sounds lame that Fi cannot provide an ETA.

I don't have any inside information but given the supply shortage on the S20 I wonder if they are having trouble getting stock.

I have been bugging them for last few days but they said they can only escalate "after" my expected delivery date is passed. So will try again tomorrow.

I think they are having issues with stock. Samsung has been sold out of S20"s for weeks. Looks like samsung is trying to deplete the market of all s20 they have left.

Yes, I got 2 S20s as an existing customer and the days are ticking down as expected for both.

Hi, my Note 20 5G from Fi actually has 8 GB RAM (which is also legit as per the Samsung website), so S21 5G turned out to not be that much of a downgrade for me.

I also got the XBox console accessory. Do you think people actually use it?
