The current house that's for sale and in stock (at full price) at most Walmarts is this:

When I saw this thread, I got really excited because I happened to be at Walmart and saw the Barbie house. But when I scanned using the Walmart app, it showed full price. That's when I noticed the difference in the UPC #.
