PROGEAR 1300 Adjustable weight bench via Walmart for $89

Decent bench for home gym. I bought this last week for $126 and they wont give me adjustment credit.. nevertheless I'm happy with the bench. A good price for anyone adding to home gym setup @ $89.

I got this bench a while ago, maybe May of this year. I've been using it as the bench for my flat bench setup. With an Olympic bar and two 45l plates the bench doesn't feel very stable. I'd suggest spending more if you're pushing above 2 plates.
As someone who brought the same bench with a different name on it, I wouldnt recommend it. If all you do is bench press sure, but the incline & Decline feature is bad. If you go to a gym you notice for incline that the seat is at an angle for incline (believe its 90 degrees). These benches cant do that so if you are inclining you tend to slide. I've found a way to make sure I don't but effects your lift and if you lift heavy it can be dangerous. Decline isn't much better.

These benches are really sturdy they are just bad for incline and decline.

I purchased the fitness reality brand from walmart for $100. I can at least tell you that the fitness reality is sturdy. Im 275 and push 365. havent had a problem benching. Incline i do 315 and it slide with me adjusting my body to prevent it.

for $89 its a no brainier. Pretty easy to setup. doesn't rock side to side.. stable. I've used it with 60lbers no sweat. Stil trying to find some heavier weight dumbbells but its like playing lotto trying to find pre-covid pricing. Good luck!

I have this bench, its very solid. Great bench for the price. Also folds up nice for storage. I feel like the only superior ones are the expensive industrial strength ones you see at commercial gyms.
