Looks like $.38/m2. I'm not up to speed on current deals but I usually buy Ultra Soft at around $.25/m2 so this doesn't seem great.

You can definitely find better toilet paper deals from a price per metric square perspective.

However, this toilet paper is great with the added lotion for anyone with any GI issues that lead to increased frequency or sensitivity down there. Recently, this is as good as it has gotten for this particular utility profile of TP

That's a terrible "deal." You're one of the few who actually make the only meaningful calculation $/surface are. Assuming it's not single ply or triple ply, the overriding factor is $/surface area. Obviously there are some differences among TP brand quality, but so many here get caught up in number of rolls per pack or meaningless descriptions like big, jumbo, double, etc. I paid less than $0.15/sq meter for some Kroger brand double ply that was on sale and Angel Soft is priced similarly. People seem to have TP brain fog pricing for whatever reason.
